My friends usually scoff when I tell them that I lift heavy at the gym (As a 5’4″ 120 lb. chick, I don’t look like the the female bodybuilder image they might have in their head). So, I was ecstatic to find this great article on why chicks should lift. Check it out!

  1. Slow cardio is making you fatter, weaker, and bored to death
  2. You’ll lose fat while you sleep
  3. You will not get big or bulky
  4. However, you will develop nice ASSets (and kill cellulite in the process)
  5. You will get stronger
  6. You’ll feel damn good
