Youtube has hundreds of awesome fitness and workout videos you can do in the comfort of your own home. No need to venture outside and possibly interact with other human beings. I recently came across an awesome video called the 44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever! It is definitely worth checking out. A few of his workouts require some equipment, like a pull-up bar, physio ball, a box or bench, and crunch wheel. However, I went through the entire video, and below are all of his exercises that require no equipment. This dude makes triple clap pushups look like a breeze.
